Visit Pride Poets at 2023 WeHo Pride and call the Hotline!

Pride Poets​ connect queer poets with the public at events to write custom poems!  The mission:  To promote queer dialogue and writing using storytelling, glitter & typewriters.

For the last four years, Pride Poets has brought LGBTQ+ poets to write poems on typewriters for members of the public during Pride, creating over 1,500 original poems based on living LGBTQ+ histories that participants shared with their poets.

This year, new poets join the cohort in creating poetry as a public service, including writing custom poems for strangers and friends, sharing it in chalk on the streets, and supporting one another's writing lives.
