James Brandon, author of "Ziggy, Stardust & Me" hosts an engaging series of discussions of this important new novel set against the tumultuous backdrop of life in 1973, when homosexuality is still considered a mental illness and two boys defy all the odds and fall in love. Brandon is joined by co-hosts to discuss the related issues, including conversion therapy, mental health, Native American culture and LGBTQ history.

Edafe Okporo, Nigerian asylee & author of "Bed 26" leads us on a journey to escape from persecution in his home country of Nigeria to gain asylum in the United States. Today, Edafe is the Director of the RDJ Refugee Shelter in Harlem New York City. He is joined on the webinar series by co-hosts in discussion on a wide range of issues affecting LGBTQ people around the world.
