Partner With Us

Rainbow Advocacy collaborates with Pride organizations, artists, educators, cultural institutions, and community leaders who are advancing dignity, human rights, and collective responsibility through creative and community-centered work.

We do not approach partnership as sponsorship or endorsement. We approach it as shared work—shaped through dialogue, mutual respect, and long-term vision.

Who We Partner With

We welcome collaboration with:

  • Pride organizations and Pride producers

  • Artists, writers, and cultural workers

  • Educators, youth leaders, and facilitators

  • Community-based and grassroots organizations

  • Cultural institutions and human rights partners

Partnerships may be local, national, or global, and are always grounded in respect for lived experience and community leadership.

How We Work Together

Partnerships with Rainbow Advocacy take many forms. Depending on alignment and capacity, collaboration may include:

  • Co-developing arts, education, or storytelling projects

  • Participating in OUR PRIDE in Action initiatives

  • Collaborating within the Flag50 global framework

  • Publishing or storytelling through Rainbow Advocacy Press

  • Youth and intergenerational engagement

  • Cross-border or cross-community exchange

We prioritize flexibility and co-creation, allowing partners to shape how their work is represented and shared.

What We Value in Partnership

Our collaborations are guided by:

  • Alignment with human rights principles

  • Respect for autonomy, authorship, and credit

  • Care for cultural memory and historical context

  • Inclusion of underrepresented and emerging voices

  • Depth, integrity, and long-term impact over visibility alone

We do not pursue partnerships that are extractive, performative, or purely promotional.

What Partnership Is

Not

Partnering with Rainbow Advocacy is not:

  • A sponsorship placement

  • A branding or licensing arrangement

  • A one-time transaction

  • A requirement to conform to a single narrative or model

Instead, partnership is a relationship—one that grows through trust, shared purpose, and accountability.

Exploring Collaboration

If you are interested in exploring a partnership, we invite you to begin with a conversation.

You do not need a fully formed proposal. We are happy to explore ideas collaboratively and determine whether there is alignment, capacity, and shared intent.

Looking Ahead

As Pride continues to evolve in a complex global landscape, Rainbow Advocacy remains committed to partnerships that strengthen community resilience, steward history with care, and imagine more just futures together.

Pride is not built alone. It is sustained through shared work.

Rainbow Advocacy collaborates with Pride organizations, cultural institutions, artists, and community partners across our programs. Partnerships may take many forms, including creative collaboration, education, publishing, or shared advocacy.
