OPTION 1: Participation following screening

The filmmakers / artists team can join in a group discussion following the conclusion of the video screening.

OPTION 2: No participation

The filmmakers / artists team does not need to be involved and present during the event.  We could simply set the schedule for the screening and the video plays at the designated time.

We simply schedule a time/date which is good for you and Abby to be available (if you want to join in the discussion, etc.

DATE/TIME: 

We can easily change the time / day. Just let us know anytime prior to the scheduled screening.

 

MODERATOR:

The filmmaker / team members will be set up as Moderator(s).

 

ADDITIONAL MODERATORS:

If you would like to have other team members participate in discussion of the film at the conclusion, please provide us with their names and email addresses.  We will then add them as Moderators.

 

SEQUENCE OF EVENTS:

1. VIDEO: The video file will play automatically at the scheduled time.

2. END: At the end of the video, the screen will go to black

3. JOIN: As Moderators, you and your team members can join the screen and discuss the video / interview.  And you can also stream YouTube / Vimeo videos on screen, if you wish, or share your screen with the group, share photos, etc.

 

AUDIENCE PARTICIPATION:
You will be able to interact with audience members who are watching.

 

SCHEDULING & TOTAL RUNNING TIME:

IF you want to join at the end of the video to discuss, we just need to know how much additional time you would like to schedule.   

 

For instance, if the video is 60 minutes and you would like to discuss/share for 30 minutes, please let us know how much time you would like to add to the schedule at the conclusion.  Then we will schedule the event as 90 minutes.

MAXIMUM TRT:

Your session including screening time can be a maximum of 3 hours.

** If you don't want to extend the time, we will set the total Session time to exactly the length of the video.  At the end of the screening, the screen will simply go to black and end the Session.
